Returns & Refund Policy

Do you accept returns or exhanges?

Beadwork:
We do not accept returns or exchnges for hygenic reasons. All sales are final. In the case of a defective purchase, you will be sent a replacement order at no extra cost. Custom orders/made-to-order purchases are not eligible for a return or exchange. 

Apparel:
Returns must be started within 14 days of purchase and the return received in 30 days. Returned items must be in their orginal condition; unworn, unwashed and tags intact. Shipping for returns are the responsiblity of the customer.

If you wish to exchange an item, once we recieve your item and inspect it, we will process the exchange and send a new product. Shipping costs for the new product will also apply.

We care about your satisfaction in your hand crafted items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 2 weeks of your purchase.

Can I cancel an order?

Please email littlerobinsbeadco@gmail.com immediately with the subject line “Cancel Order # (and your order number)”. We will reply to let you know if a cancellation is possible. If it is, we will release the funds immediately and it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Policies

What shipping method is used?

Orders are shipped via Canada Post using your choice of shipping type selected during checkout.

If your order includes a combination of items, shipping will default to the highest applicable tier (for example, orders including t-shirts will follow t-shirt shipping rates).

Tracked shipping options include up to $100 insurance coverage.

Xpress shipping options include up to $400 insurance coverage, based on your order total.

If you would like your full order insured, require expedited shipping, or need a custom shipping quote, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address and delivery instructions are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Items purchased with Regular Shipping are sent without tracking are not insured if lost or stolen. If you want tracking & insurance on your items, please choose a tracked shipping method.

How long to orders take to ship?

Standard shipping times are estimates. No shipping times are guaranteed. Thank you for understanding.

Canada 
Lettermail 5-14 business days
Expeditied Parcel: 4-10 business days
Tracked: 5-12 business days

*during holiday seasons and other circumstances that may cause an influx in packages to deliver for Canada Post these shipping times may be extended. Little Robin’s Bead Co. does not guarantee shipping times.

PRE-ORDERED APPAREL:
If you make an order with pre-ordered apparel along with other items like beadwork, the full order will wait till all items are ready to ship. If you want them shipped seperately, please contact me at littlerobinsbeadco@gmail.com.

Are you able to combine orders?

Yes, if you are having difficulty getting shipping to combine for your items, please send me a message at littlerobinsbeadco@gmail.com. Some items, such as apparel, are shipped from the printer so they are not eligible for a combined shipping fee.

Can I change the shipping address on an order?

In the case of needing to change your orders shipping address, email littlerobinsbeadco@gmail.com immediately with the subject line “Change Address on Order # (and your order number)”. We will reply to confirm if the address change was possible.

What if my package gets returned to Little Robin's Bead Co.

Returned orders will be subject to second shipping fee. We will reach out to see if you would like your order re-shipped at your expense.

How do you help with damaged, lost or stolen orders?

We are not responsible for stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided on your order.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at littlerobinsbeadco@gmail.com. While we cannot guarantee refunds for damaged or lost items, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Care Instuctions

All jewelry are handmade and hand sewn. We take pride in using the highest qaulity of materials but even the best crafted items need to be cared for.

  • Remove jewelry before bathing and sleeping.
  • Avoid perfumes, oils, hairsprays & lotions.
  • Store in a jewelry pouch, jewelry box or on a hanger.
  • Store away from direct sunlight as it can cause the beads to fade overtime.
  • Gently clean with a soft cloth if needed.

How Can I Support Indigenous Artists?

One of the best ways to support an Indigenous artist is to choose and wear authentic Indigenous artwork. When you purchase directly from Indigenous makers, you help support their creative work, cultural knowledge, and the communities connected to that artistry.

Anyone can wear Indigenous beadwork and artwork with respect and appreciation. Supporting genuine Indigenous artists helps ensure that the stories, teachings, and traditions behind the work are honoured, while also helping prevent cultural appropriation by choosing authentic work created by Indigenous people themselves.
